I have 6 striker trainees... but I screwed up this week and only played 5 of them (one guy played in both the league and friendly), so I thought I lost training on the 6th guy.
But last night he popped to outstanding, despite not playing this week. How'd that happen??

Osmosis Training. He was most likely so close to popping that the training everyone receives from just being on the team was enough to push him over.

I had the same thing happen with a winger a few weeks ago. He was injured the week before and hadn't played that week but popped in PM. As Groves said, it's Osmosis traing.

I've had so many non-trainees pop since receiving my team, I have started trying to predict who will be next.

ive never paid attention but i notice one or two every now and again, my teams average scoring is almost solid for all 21 on the squad so i would assume a few are coming here and there
