Can Kroos even go from playing with the U-17 NT to the U-21 so quickly?

Apparently...though I do not doubt his talent at all for I have seen him in action - WOW!!!, according to some, it seems he is jumpoing not to the U-21, but to the senior squad!!

well Marin is 18 and plays for the u21 but the most likely thing is that Kroos will first play for the u19 and only if he gets decent playing time for Bayern he could be considered for the u21.

I suppose he's just a troll since afaik Dejagah only said that he can't play against Israel because of possible retaliations against those of his family members who still live in Iran...

For the Iranian government it obviously isn't. Dejagah still has family in Iran and he fears that they might suffer repercussions if he plays against Israel. Therefore it is perfectly understandable not to do so.
You occasionally should consider doing some research and (more importantly) thinking before posting a lot of nonsense...

Err, what have his family done now, exactly? Be Iranian? Your posts make complete sense. Well done. I particularly like the bit where you imply that Iranians are Arabs.
Anyway, you might want to take this to the politics forum, as it's you who's mixing politics and football here.

Great. A Bild quote. Exactly what we need to clear up the situation.
Anyway, if they are right and he has political reason then I agree, he should be kicked out. If he fears for the safety of his family, he shouldn't.

I think it's funny that BILD plays the moraliser :D

So what?
If he's good enough, invite him for the next U-21 match, if he ain't, leave him at home. You should be able to beat Israel with the remaining squad.
He is of Iranian heritage and has family in Iran. It is absolutely understandable if he does not want to play in Israel. And at least he did not make up some bullshit injury like Karimi did.

Yes it's hilarious, but that's how they operate. Naked breasts, sport, scandals and a lot of moralising. This moralising and finger pointing stuff is actually a difference between Bild and The Sun, I wonder if that says something about differences between Germany and the UK.
Anyway, back to the annoying "Arab" on our team. I disagree with Dynamite that it should be entirely up to him. If he plays for Germany he represents Germany and can't make his own political decisions. Unless it's about his own safety or the safety of his family, in which case he should be excused.

he fears 4 the saftey of his family? and you believe that crap.
i hope "Bushido" never makes it into the senior squad, it would be hard to support him.:o
