I'll be adding more, and you graphics guys are more than welcome to post your own additions.

I figured I'd start with the basic - clean, simple, effective, and just plain pretty:

Here's my try :p I borrowed your pattern FuBoy, hope you don't mind

I purposely left alot of space on the front so you had the choice of writing whatever you want.

Back
The bird is from your website, I just added those lines that makes it look like the bird is flying upwards. The star on the bottom is from the logo, just modified it a bit.

I might make a few more if anyone likes this design

Nuff, I really like your design alot! I would maybe increase the size of the logo on the front slightly, but other than that it's really cool!

Heh. Nice designs. Wish we could find shirts that looked like that for $4 a piece. Think maybe Nike will sponsor our kit?

I'll check, but I doubt that anyone is going to print a large stripe like that easily (aka cheaply). If I had my way, we'd have orange and white checks ;-) Also, I've been looking for orange shirts with black ringed sleeves/collars for quite a while, best I can do is orange with navy.

I'd say we have about a 10"x14" space to work with on the front & back - without adding a lot of costs.

Hey, I don't know if it could help, but I have a contact who designs and makes shirts ... I'm not sure if he could get us any better cost or not, but it might be worth looking into.

I like all the designs, but as FuBoy said: if it gets too fancy it gets more expensive. I guess it depends on who you are targeting to buy the shirts and how much they are willing to pay.

My 0.02, keep the shirts orange, don't offer other colors. Especially if you are looking at having everyone in the 36th Ward wearing orange. I think the orange/white checkered could work...but good luck finding those. Seems like that would have to be printed.

Always nice to thave more contacts/options!

Soccer Time did our opening day shirts, and from what I understand they gave us a pretty good deal. I don't mind the design offers, especially if they're free, but nice to know we can get a good deal and support a soccer store at the same time.

If it didn't take 60 days and cost $20 a pop - I'd order 100 of those checkered jerseys!

I have a friend in Asia where stuff like that could be very cheap. When you guys decide on a design I'll email it to him so he can ask around. If the price is cheap I'll have him mail a dozen or so to you guys and it'll be my donation

... if its possible lol

Holy crap that killed me! I just got this vision of 5 year old Thai children working 18 hour days to make our shirts...I'm not saying that's what you meant it was just the first thing that popped in my head.

And even if you were saying that, I'm not necessarily against it...;)

Thanks for all the offers of help, but I would really like to use a local soccer shop and not someone in Asia. Soccer Time gave us a very good deal last time and the owners of the shop are actually Texian Army members, so I'd like to stay with them.

I had the idea of leaving the back blank, or maybe leaving enough space, so people could get some iron on letters and personalize their own shirts. You know, like putting "Shenanigans!" or "TEJAS!" or "grrr" or soemthing. Just my idea. We're never going to get everyone to agree on one choice, but maybe the front's could be the same and then perople could personalize the back?

Also, we're probably keepign it orange. I'd like to make our section all orange.

Nice designs-but remember as Fuboy said with the more intricate designs come more expense-the general rule of thumb is more money for each screen printed location. I like that stripe though.

Here's a really far out idea-if we could get enough orders-we could get a local soccer shop to get us a generic Nike/Addidas soccer jerseys and sublimate whatever we want on it-sublimation is a little more expensive, but fill in/additional/future orders usually are cheaper and don have a minimum-again a really far out idea and probably not practical.
