Now, if Don Walker sees that is that for attribution? Either way it sounds like a party. I will try to make it but I've got a six week old on my hands and I'm not sure Lakefront is brewing anything for that demographic.

I wish I was able to make the viewing party, but had a previous engagement. How did it go? Any summary of the Q&A for those not attending?

There wasn't anything about Milwaukee Pro Soccer. Most of the discussion was about what Dave Johnson thought about the current USMNT, and the group that we are in. There was nothing that you haven't heard before.

The last question was about MLS in Milwaukee. i spoke about the WYSA partnership, talked about having investors lined up waiting for the land deal to be secured. Mentioned that we continue to focus on a site near downtown and thanked Milwaukee Alderman Mike D'Amato for his support and recognized him as he was in attendance.

Dave and i were also asked about our thoughts on this year's MLS Cup contenders (me - Chicago, Houston, New England; Dave - wouldn't commit. Said it was easier to say who wouldn't contend).

There were other questions, but i can't recall right now. Maybe someone else who was there can.

Wave Assistant coach Steve Morris and former NASL/MISL/AISA/Marquette soccer star and current Cedarburg H.S. Coach Hayden Knight were also in attendance.

I didn't mean to short change Milwaukee Pro Soccer, but most of the info given I had already heard from the "Ask Peter" forum or some other source around here. Sorry, I should have been a little more specific.

Some of the other questions were:
1. Who do you think besides US will get out of group E (Dave had already said that he expects US to get out of the group)? He said that it is tough but he thought Italy.

2. Who can the US not have injured? I think the Dave answered that Keller would be the biggest loss, but there isn't any one that we can't loose.

3. Do you think Lalas will go to LA? Dave didn't have answer, but if I remember correctly Peter said that he thought he would.

Which brings up another question. Peter, why do you think Lalas has been bouncing around so much? If he does move soon, this will be his third club in a little over a year. He was with San Jose for around a year, New York about the same. Is he moving around so much just because of the situations surrounding both SJ and NY when he was/is with them or has he done enough things for those clubs to show that he is or will be a quality GM for LA?

He hasn't even moved yet and you're already asking why he moved. Don't think i'll try to answer a question about something that hasn't happened.

Any word on the next three friendlies? Is the Highbury's plan for showing the world cup nailed down?

I plan on being at The Highbury Pub for all three friendlies. Joe said the city approved his request for a street viewing on Lincoln Avenue for at least one or two WC games. He plans on showing all the games in the Pub.

The street viewing sounds fantastic. Any word on how many screens they're going to have inside? They have the two regular TV's and then I've heard that a larger screen set up has also been used but I haven't seen that.
