Always follow the R.I.C.E method.
Rest the two pulled muscles.
Ice the areas affected
Compress the areas affected by bandaging them up.
Elevate your two legs to reduce blood flow
But it depends if you class it as serious or not, if you class them as minor then follow the above procedure, if you consider them fairly major go to a hospital or something and get them checked out.

I know all footballers hate to hear this .....
Just REST it.
If you can only feel it when you are doing very stressful things on your muscles such as shooting/sprinting it should clear up. Maybe keep taking hot baths to relax the muscles but just take a few days off and see how it feels.

This just means not to walk on them so much. Like, put your feet on a stool and don't stand on them for long periods of time...hence, "elevate." :)
Basically, just rest 'em...like appleCORR said.

Or you can lay on your couch and place pillows underneath your legs or put your legs up on the arm of the couch while lying on it. The idea of elevation is to get whatever body part is hurting, in this case your legs, above your heart in order to reduce blood flow to that area. Follow R.I.C.E though, this is the prescription that would be given to you by any doctor or athletic trainer. Also, I saw in one of your posts, SoccerLuva, that you play in youth leagues. You are too young to be getting pulled muscles, therefore, you need to be stretching more often and warming up properly before work outs/training sessions and cooling down properly afterward. If you need advice on this just write and I will give you some things to do. Again, enjoy the game and live of its passion! All the best.

I don't pull my muscles very often, actually. I always stretch before soccer practices and games. I only recall pulling a muscle a couple of times. Once, when I went on a run with my older brother and didn't stretch properly (stupid me). And once when I played tag with my little brothers, and I slid and pulled a hamstring. And I've most likely done it on other occassions when I was just being stupid, but I can't remember. ;) Mostly I just hear my dad telling my older brother to rest when he pulls something (he does it a lot...he plays baseball). But thanks. :)
