I ordered my tickets soon after the game last weekend.
Paid good money to get on the halfway line. The tickets never showed up. When I checked the tracking no. It showed a scheduled delivery on Thursday (4/6), which was puzzling because I had bought 2nd day air, and that means should have been in by Wednesday.
So, now they are re-issuing the tickets on will call, which was a two hour wait last Sunday, luckily I missed only about 4 minutes of that game. But many joined the game at half time.
And they just sent me an email that I can get them on will call at 10am tomorrow. With my luck all of Houston will show up in the "Will Call" window in the morning. And then it is a good 30-minute drive to the Robertson Stadium, from where I live in West Houston.
So, my suggestion is the Dynamos should have more outlets to buy or pick up the tickets. And the UPS delivery through Ticketmaster is not working. There are a lot of new soccer fans that are being turned off, Dynamos need to move quickly and fix this situation.
