Hamas is now suggesting a "two state solution" (http://news.yahoo.com/s/ap/20060407/ap_on_re_mi_ea/israel_palestinians). Granted, they may think the two states are East Palestine and West Palestine, but still, this is big for an organization that will not even refer to Israel as Israel but "the Zionist Entity".
This is as inconceivable as Nixon going to China.

Plus, their main leader just completely did a 180 and refuted those comments...
