Does anyone know the TV coverage for the Arsenal-Vila match in the US?

ESPN2 and Setanta are both planning on showing the Barca-Milan matches.

Well, the matches are on different days, Milan - Barca is on tuesday , I think, and A - V on Wed. From what Tommy Smith said on ESPN 2 durign wednesday's game, ESPN 2 will have all 4 matches of the semis, and ofcourse the final, so i'd assume that Setanta will show only repeats.

So far ESPN schedule shows the Arsenal-Vila matches on Deportes only.

Sentanta schedule is showing they will show both Barca-Milan matches live and nothing for the Arsenal-Vila matches.

Yes, I believe Deportes is the channel carrying the VLRL match and ESPN2 is carrying the Barca match. Sucks as I was really hoping for both but such as life.

Deportes is showing the Villa match as being live also.

They didn't do that last year. The PSV/Milan semifinal was only shown on ESPN Deportes, not ESPN2. This year they claimed in the beginning of the year that ESPN2 would show two matches per matchday(1 on Tues., 1 on Wed.). But when Setanta became a full fledged commercial channel ESPN started selling off some of the matches to them. And I'd imagine the Arsenal/Villarreal match is more valuable to Setanta than the Milan/Barca match right now. Currently ESPN2's schedule only lists the Milan/Barca matchup for both legs.

No.

The contract between ESPN and Setanta require Setanta to have ENGLISH-LANGUAGE EXCLUSIVITY for one of the two matches.

As of Friday, ESPN is giving Setanta both legs of AC Milan-Barcelona so ESPN2 is left with both legs or Arsenal-Villarreal.

All that of course could change. ESPN reserves the rights to swap games right up until kickoff.
