Unlike HT, matches often come down to individual player matchups moreso than group ratings, and an early roll of the dice that costs a batsman a wicket can have a huge impact on the rest of the match.
(Basically, any time Seargeant steps in for Norse, he holds the squad's total in his hands. If he's out for less than 50, I'd reduces our likely total by at least 50. Sometimes he produces, sometimes he doesn't.)
