sorry to say but Lehmann with be the bigest disaster in the WC along with the NT. I just dont know how they are goin to pull this one off. And what i dont hear anybody talking about is the number of yellow cards Ballack gets. so when he get his 3rd and oh yes he most definatley will, who is gonna captain this side in the following game. Who is gonna kick the asses of the players who arnt giving 100%. whos gonna stand up to a ref so atleast we can get a marginal call in our favour.

Answers please.

hoping against hope but i think im starting to face the reality. :(

exactly.
lehmann may be hahahahahhahahahaha. but don't worry they likely won't play more than 3 games at the world cup.

Yeah, he only stopped a penalty, saved a point blank shot with his legs.

Lehmann has done nothing.

Except not give up a goal in 920 minutes of Champions League football. Yep. Nothing at all.

Yea, but when you're facing Juan Ramon Riquelme and David Beckham and Roberto Carlos, I think you can be forgiven for just getting a fist to the ball. Deadball situations are hard because the ball travels with such pace and verve that any gk will have troubles.

Yup, and he just saved against Riquelme, propelling the Arse into the CL finals.

Lehmann hasn't always been this good, but right now, he's an absolute monster.

Lehmann's form right now is reminisent of Kahn's in 01/02.

Yea, but the last play before halftime...he had trouble with another Riquelme freekick too. ;)

But let us celebrate...we have a WeltKlasse Goalkeeper. :)

Riquelme is a stud. I remember seeing him play for Boca Juniors (FSC carries the Argie league), and he was phenomenal. Apparently, ManU is hot to trot for his services.

Anyway, no shame in having some difficulty with a Riquelme free kick.

yes i posted it again becuase it still stands, who is goin to captain this side when is Ballack missing due to suspension. And we all know it will be a critical game. Was this situation worth getting into........only the National Mann-Jackass knows

Thats why calling up Scholl would be a great idea.
