what u think? I dont like it:(
its not just the AIG part but i never really liked that new nike style anyway, I think the tick should be above the emblem like the athletic madrid jersey.

Are they wearin this jersey the rest of the year or what. If u dint notice that is the exact current jersey just with a different sponsor so changes arnt really expected. I think they get a new home jersey next year if i remember right. So if they dont wear it the rest of the year I doubt you'll ever see those in a game. Just announcing the sponsorship and this was the easiest way to do it.

the sponsorship with AIG is for 4 years.
yeah united get a new home jersey after the end of this season the 3rd jersey is changed aswell i think. hope to god they look decent.

Ya i figured the deal would last a few years but i was just wondering if they were gonna switch to that one for the rest of this year? Im 99.9% sure not but just wondering.

I think that everyone is just used to seeing the vodafone sponser sure we'll get used to it. Remember how mad it was when they changed from Sharp to vodafone that looked strange!!

Yea and love or hate the club and player, I gotta give mad praise to having Alan Smith out there in crutches in the new strip! As it goes, im pretty sure that jersey will not se a competitive game, as the voda deal lasts til end of prem, then they'll have the new nike template when the AIG tag gets put on permanent!

No offense to the ManU fans, but as a liverpool fan, I LOVE this new AIG jersey.
why? ...coz it looks really UGLY... just like the players have all been stamped by this giant rubber AIG stamp... haha :D

Yeah, I think that they could have gotten away with it if the sponsor had some sign of design and aesthetical value, however, unlike the vodafone sponsor, the font is unpleasant and big...but I suppose we'll just wait till next season, onece they've been playing in it a while, and every1 will be used to it.:o

cant AIG change their logo to something more spiffy and sleek cuz this is just too boxy and ugle if it had a kul logo it would be nice..

Seriously? Why does everyone care so much about the sponsor? Does a sponsor really dictate whether or not you're going to buy a top??? If so I wish my life was that simple that I could worry about that kind of stiff. Honestly, I could care less what or who it is, If it was the Gecko from geiko, I wouldn't care, all I care about is that it's a Manchester united top, like apple said, everyone said something about vodafone, and they got used to it. 3 games into next season, no one is going to care...I also find it funny that everyone over in the Man United forum got all worked up over Mansion being a betting website, and no one wanted to support that. I think boro's sponsor logo is cool and it's a betting site. At the end of the day, it's all about the $$$ and in this game it's put up or shut up. AIG put their money where their mouth is, and I'll be first in line for a new top!!
