This friendly will be played on April 30th, and will be the first national team game for Switzerland in the new Stade de Geneve.
Looks like France was not available (as rumored before), but Italy is a great opponent as well. It's been a while since we played a big-gun like that, so I'm really looking forward to it.

That should be a great game. I wish I could find my way to Geneva that day. Make a note of that day. Is it an official FIFA match-day? If so, lets hope that the best of both teams are available.

The game sold out in 48 hours. Looks like I wont be going to it. Darn. I wonder if this will be a home game for Italy, or will the Swiss fans win out!

Are you going to Geneva soon? I sure hope it's a home game for us. Maybe Genevians can get excited about soccer after all...

The new stadium is pretty nice, I remember seeing the older stadium from the out-side.
Euro 2008 is gonna be great.
