We wore the inaugural T-shirts for the first, and i thought we looked pretty smart in all-over orange. What next? My only other option now is my "It's About Time: 1836" press conference tee.

I stopped by Soccer4All in my neck of the woods, and they said they might be receiving home jerseys as early as this coming Thursday (2 days from now). Personalization time was a big question, however.

And speaking of personalization, is there an official number/letter set that Dynamo is using? Can we get it? I ask, as I remember the Inferno had some "issues" with their numerals last year...

I think it'd be great to have shirts for us. Jerseys aren't as good since not everybody can afford them and also it's nice to see people walking around in their Texian Army shirt and knowing that they're brothers in arms.

If nothing else I'll be wearing my shirt from the first game.

My understanding is that we are working on official shirts but how far along the road we are is unknown to me.

If Soccer4All doesn't get the home jersey in time, my I suggest the orange t-shirts with the Dynamo logo on the front. $20. Still steep for a T-shirt but a lot cheaper than $70.

I'll be wearing my home jersey. We are getting shirts but they won't be in by this game. So just everyone wear orange for this one.

OK, assume orange, then. I want the (home) jersey now, primarily so I can wear it to Brasil next week. If I can't get it, then inaugural tee for me.

After winning 5-2....I'm reluctant to even change my socks much less wear anything different than Sunday!

It must be the baseball in me with all the superstitions :)

If I can't get an orange shirt from Soccer4all, I think I'm going to get a plain orange shirt from Academy for this game.

I'm still waiting on my jersey from MLSgear.

Their order tracker had been saying "In Warehouse" and then it changed to "To be Picked" on Monday but now says "Backordered". I got it with the number 06 but I'm thinking 07 might have been more accurate.

I got my Libero Adidas template jersey in today so I'll be wearing that to the game and comparing it with any home jerseys people bought.

Have you found a place that can make the 1836 patches?

Still working on it. I first need to get a patch size estimate from someone with a D*o jersey so I can make sure the shield isn't too big/small.

I ordered it from Soccer.com (http://www.soccer.com/IWCatProductPage.process?Merchant_Id=1&Section_Id=1339&pcount=&Product_Id=213085). It's the Libero Adidas jersey in Orange/White. Looks great but I can't do an exact comparison until Saturday.

Academy has Under Armour Tech team tees for the same price as the regular dynamo tees. just a thought. BTW-where's the tailgate? Now that this week I may actually make to the game in time.

I told my wife about your idea with the libero jersey and she says that polyester does not like stiches nor embroider. You will have to get a silk screen, heat transfer or applique technique to make it work.

Unless you embroided the letter and patches into a backing and the iron-glue it to the jersey.

Just giving my two cents

Ooooohh, that's right - I remember now having a hell of a time trying to get my insignia sewn on right on my inspection-ready uniforms, and they happened to be poly, too. (CNT's: Certified Navy Twill)

I was thinking about that this morning and wondered how the jerseys do it. Thanks for the info.

My wife got me an Orange/White Monaco jersey by PUMA from either Marshalls or ROSS. I wonder is you can buy patches of the logo?
