Do they ship to Europe? I e-mailed them a week ago, but no response yet... If they do, how do I enter "Norway" in the registration form? I have only two options, USA and Canada. I guess that means that they DON'T. But on the other hand, both state and postal code are required "for US & CA only". It would be unnecessary to write that if they can't ship stuff anywhere else.
