It's taking forever for US Soccer to receive final ok from FIFA. Do you think folks at FIFA are manually entering information received from Federations into their database (to cross-check for such things as over-7-games-limit and single-tix/TST-tix combinations)? If so, this could take very-very long and isn't there a potential for mistakes?
