Anyone got any tickets through it?
Yes. Spain v Ukraine in Leipzig.
Received the FIFA e-mail within a day or so of the conditional ticket program ending.
There was some kind of "priority" scheme setup by FIFA but I was at the bottom of that group and received the confirmation the same day as a friend who was at the "top" of the priority scheme.
It obviously depended on the game that was applied for. I have a feeling if you applied for Angola v Iran Sepp Blatter will personally deliver your tickets.
If you applied for England or Holland or Germany tickets don't hold your breath.

Is that the only game you picked? How did you find out that you were at the bottom of the group? I picked 7 games and I don't know even which one I am on the waitlist for.

I picked seven games and haven't received anything yet. One of them is Serbia v. Ivory Coast, which has been available frequently on the Phase IV and resale web site. Another is US v. Ghana and another is Australia v. Croatia. The rest are round of 16 and quarter finals.

FIFA stated that applicants who hadn't received tickets in an earlier phase would be given priority.
I applied for one other game England v TT - Easy decision for FIFA they gave me Spain v Ukraine.
If you applied for 7 games I'm sure you will be allocated a ticket at some point.

Can someone explain how the conditional ticket program is working and if it is over? What confuses me is how are tickets allocated to the conditional ticket sales versus the resale program open to everyone.

FIFA hasn't been that clear about how the conditional tickets will be passed out. They said they would be allocating 30,000 at the beginning of Phase IV. Apparently some people got tickets back in mid or late February that way. I haven't heard many people say they've received anything to date.
FIFA says you can be allocated conditional tickets right up to a day or two before the games. They're using the program to fill seats at the stadiums, and because you had to pick the games before the draw, people chose blindly. I picked out seven games. One I already picked up in Phase IV. One I got from USSF. Another conflicts with the USSF game. The rest are round of 16 and quarter final games. I'm not that hopeful that FIFA will have anything for me, and they made not promises that there would be tickets in any event.
FIFA got 750 Euros from me and comparable figures from other people last November. The float on those deposits is quite a heist I think FIFA will dole out additional tickets at their convenience. If you've got a conditional ticket for the Iran v Angola game you'll probably get it after April 15th. FIFA resold tickets earlier in Phase IV that could have been given as conditional tickets. They obviously prefer to resell tickets that are turned back for the extra margin those sales generate.
The conditional ticket program closed to new applicants in November 2005. Conditional ticket applicants have until April 15th (assuming they have not been allocated any tickets) in which to opt out. FIFA says there's some sort of drawing to prioritize the conditional ticket applications but it isn't clear how that works out. If you are already in the program and stay in you get what FIFA gives you whenever they give it to you.

On April 20th I was allocated four category 1 tickets to the US v. Ghana game in the conditional ticket program. Unfortunately I already have four tickets to the game I got through the USSF. Not sure how this will play out with FIFA but I will try to transfer the new tickets to my brother and his family when the next opportunity comes up.

I was allocated 2 tickets to one of the round of 16 games a few days ago. In the email from fifa it says to make sure my adress is up to date but it also says that if i used an adress outside of Germany I will have to pick up the tickets at one of the 12 stadiums! Does anyone know anything more about this? When will i be able to do so? Will i have to or are they sending them to me? My adress is within Europe. Thanks

Just wondering if you also applied for tickets in phase 1, 2, or 3 - before the conditional program. We did not get our R16 conditionals yet, and are trying to get a feel for where we may stand in priority. We started applying for tix in phase 3, and FIFA said that unsuccessful attempts for tickets in earlier phases would get priority for the conditionals. Which R16 game did you get?

Just curious, for people who receive conditional ticket from the programme and also bought some singles from any sales phase, is the email from conditional programme similar to the one from the sales phase? I heard from people here that the one from sales phase have attachment with barcode from the email, but never know anyone reply anything with the conditional email.
also how do you pick up conditional ticket?

I was allocated conditional tickets from the first round, and never received any kind of attachment. I know of at least one other person on this forum in the same situation.
I've emailed FIFA to ask them, but no reply as yet
Regarding picking up the tickets - it's the same procedure as for picking up tickets bought in phase 5:
"If you used an address outside Germany you will be able to pick-up the
tickets at any Stadium Ticket Center in any of the twelve FIFA World
Cup Host Cities until one day before the match takes place. Advice:
Please take into account that the pick-up before the day of the match will
only be possible if at the location of the Stadium Ticket Center no
match is taking place on this day.
On the day of the match the tickets can only be picked-up at the
Stadium Ticket Center of the corresponding Host City."
There is another thread in this forum with info about the location of the
12 Stadium Ticket Centers
EDIT: Here's the link to that thread: http://www.bigsoccer.com/forum/showthread.php?t=351122

On april 19 2006, I received an email saying I was allocated 4 tickets for match #55. I did not receive any attachment with that email. I am guessing that those tickets will be shipped to me.
In sale phase 5 and Resale, I was able to acquire tickets for 4 more games, and these like you said the emails come with an attachment of a certificate to pick the tickets.
My guess is that if you are allocated tickets in the 2ND conditional ticket program, you will get a certificate for pick up.

There is no connection between Conditional Tickets and Resale:
Tickets returned by "national associations, Official Partners and Official Suppliers or other groups" go to the Conditional Ticket queue.
Tickets offered for Resale by individuals who bought them (at fifaworldcup.com) become available on the website via the [R] button.

As quoting one post before you, if you are outside Germany, FIFA will not send you tickets. How sure are you that FIFA will send the tickets if you are outside Germany?

There are a lot of tickets showing up through the FIFA site where they are going yellow, which means they are not resale tickets, but rather returned tickets. If FIFA is doing this, do you think this means they have enough tickets to cover the conditional sales? The bulk of these seem to be obstructed view tickets. I'm hoping they have tickets, as I put in for US-Italy, but I'm not sure what this release of tickets means.

anyone received their ticket yet for those who have address outside germany? It's weird that FIFA doesn't send attachment just like regular single sales... So I assume you can just take the email and it's a done deal?
