800 Red Bull fans, coming together to support the team and pumped full of adrenaline and booze! We (the members of the ESC) need to really be on our game. We need to sing at the top of our lungs! Dance like we invented dance! We can sow some seeds on Sunday! We can let a lot of non-ESCers see how wonderful it feels to unleash all the passion you have inside of you for your footy team!

What makes you think that we need inspiration? 20 ESC members in DC or Foxboro can rock the house! Hell, 5 can lead Sam's Army! There will be about 150 on the 3 ESC buses. Stand back!

Jake, I am sorry if you took my post as a challemge or attatk to either yourself or the ESC. It was not meant to be either. What it was meant to do is to highlight the gravity of this event! Ever since Giant Stadium marched us from section 135 to 101, we have been quarenterned from thr general population. Our passion was seen and treated as a threat, and our banishment to a far off section of the stadium was a way to stop the spread.
Giant Stadium,the NJSEA actively squashed any possibily of a true soccer atmosphere stadium wide! MFO, through their neglect helped insure that the atmosphere remained peacful and quiet. MFO afterall invisioned a stadium full of families-of-four. Passion, singing, chanting, dancing, flags, streammers, confetti were not part of the triumerant's vision.
Red Bull seems (note, that I said "seems") to have a different vision. All of the ESCs attempts over the years to incoperate into the general population have dome up a little short. We have always been looked upon as those "banished crazies," a fungus, and our passion a disease. The event today offers us (ESC and anyone who desires to see a stadium wide soccer atmosphere) a unique oppertunity. We cannot allow this event to pass without reaching out and asking every other soccer fan to join us!
Allow yourself to dream of what might be. Instead of section 101 alone chanting picture a stadium wide chant of "Oh we hate DC, Oh we hate DC, we hate DC!"
