I haven't play in a real soccer game in a good 2 years(high school). I've been busy with college or I would of tried out for the team. Right now I am trying to get into a league, but first I need to get in shape and get my form back. I can play all midfield positions. I just need some tips for the following things:
- Shot Power
- Shot Accuracy
- Ball Moves (I've never been a flashy player. I just create plays, but I'd like to have some more ball moves. I guess my control can improve a bit more).
- Endurance (I have always been good with endurance, but it has dropped a little.)
- Throw In Distance (I've always had an average throw in distance. I'd like to improve that.)
Thanks for your help.:)

I dunno, but the best way is to play a practice match with your friends, isn't it? Your form will gradually recover.

Yeah for the most part the best thing to have is match practice or just practice as much as you can with a group of people.
You'll find if you compared specific drills or exercises people may give you to say a kick around with some mates that you would gain a lot from the kick around as it will contain more in game situations which are random and unplanned rather than controlled situations which you can set up yourself.
-For what it's worth though to improve accuracy in your shots simply find a full sized goal and from different areas of the penalty area or just outside it pick a corner or area of the goal and try to aim for that. Keep on over and over.
-To improve shot power is just down to your technique. If you can try and practice on your own just hitting it against a wall from a fair distance. Try to look at the shape of your body when you are striking the ball as well as the position your foot is in when striking the ball. This can have an indication as to why you are not getting a lot of power through your shots or even getting the accuracy you want. However when you're actually trying to look at your technique it's very difficult because your natural movements and shapes are somewhat more restricted because you are almost concentrating too much.
Everyone has their own ways of getting power on their shots and over a message board it's pretty hard to describe the various ones different ones you could try so just keep practicing over and over.
I will say though for me, get your accuracy with shots correct first, then you can work on getting the neccessary power on them. Power isn't always needed, just look at a player like Henry, most of the goals he's scored are ones which are based heavily on accuracy rather than power and just placing the ball is often more effective than hitting a 70mph Hasselbaink shot into Row Z :p . (Not saying you want to be Henry btw but he's a good example to follow for technique :D)
When you say ball moves do you mean skills or just general ball control?
-For endurance playing matches are the best to get your endurance up! But if you want to do work outside of that then shuttle runs i've always found work well for me as well as obviously just distance running (Start off running a small distance a day then gradually increase it)
Hope it's helped a bit.

Thanks for the help. The most difficult thing is finding enough people to have a practice match with. As for the ball moves, yes I meant skills. Control isn't so much an issue.
