10. COME TO THE STADIUM EARLY

Lines will be long so if you need to park, pick up tickets, renew your membership at the SE info table or eat at the tailgate, leave plenty of time.

9. THERE WILL BE LOTS OF NEW PEOPLE AT RFK

This is a great chance for all of us to be goodwill ambassadors for this team and help out anyone who looks lost or has questions (you probably can tell someone where their seat is faster than the RFK usher!) DC United has asked for our help here.

8. THE SE NEST IS SOLD OUT

If you need a ticket, contact Ticketmaster http://www.ticketmaster.com/ or purchase one on Sun at any DC United Ticket booth. THE SE TICKET WINDOW WILL OPEN AT 2 pm if you need to pick up a ticket or purchase a tailgate pass. We are in the first kiosk at Gate B, lot 5 (look for signs). PLEASE COME EARLY, the Ticketmistress will be closing up at 4:45 pm at the latest (any tickets that haven't been picked up will be available at Will Call).

7. REMEMBER THE RULES OF THE STADIUM

See here for what you can't bring, remind any guests in your party: RFK Policies http://dcunited.mlsnet.com/MLS/dcu/stadium/security_policies/ And while it's not listed, include confetti in the prohibited items list.

6. SE TAILGATE

The tailgate is in lot 8 near the Soccer Celebration, look for the white SE canopies. It will open at 2:00 pm and close at 4:15 pm. BRING YOUR 2006 SE ID for the free drinks. Go here ( http://www.screaming-eagles.com/tailgates.html ) for more info on getting passes (if you still need a pass, paypal us at payments@screaming-eagles.com, passes are $6) or go to the SE ticket window, Gate B on game day (cash only). ONLY Pre-ordered passes can be picked up at the SE tailgate treasury table. Guests need a pass even if they only want to drink. PLEASE BRING FOOD TO SHARE. We should have plenty of beer/burgers and dogs but to guarantee getting something, come early. Remember that participants in the 2006 Cherry Blossom Soccer Tournament will be joining us (they're the ones who are supplying the keg of Pilsner Urquell and 10 cases of Peroni with our 2 kegs of Old Dominion). We will have extra volunteers (us and them) and plenty of food and drinks so let's party!

5. WE'VE GOT STREAMERS IN THE NEST

Look for rolls under the seats. Please use when you see fit (but please don't toss on the playing surface, you'd feel like an ass if one of our players got tangled up and injured themselves)

4. UNITED DRIVES FOR DC-CHILDREN'S BOOK COLLECTION APRIL 2
The United Drives booth will be located outside of RFK Stadium's Gate A and will open two hours prior to kickoff, closing 15 minutes into the first half. Any fan who donates an item will receive, as a thank you from the club, a "Buy One, Get One Free" ticket voucher good for any D.C. United regular season home game as well as a United promotional item. The full collection schedule can be found below.

To start the program, D.C. United will begin with a collection of new children's books to benefit United for D.C. and its program, United Reads. United Drives hopes to collect hundreds of brand new books for youth in Kindergarten through 7th grade. All books will go to over 1,500 youth at the four elementary schools that participate in United Reads: Payne Elementary (Ward 6), Smothers Elementary (Ward 7), Howard Road Academy (Ward 8) and Birney Elementary (Ward 8).
