Ugh.
A SERIOUS thigh injury has almost certainly brought Nuno Valente's first season in the Premiership to a premature end.

I don't have confidence in Naysmith.

Me neither, Hertha. There are rumblings that Pistone is close to being fit. And Neville can always play as left back...but I don't think he plays well in that position, imho.
<sigh>...add this position to the growing list of positions to strengthen/fill in the summer.

Naysmith looked ok against Villa but looked shocking against pool.
Sandro tho i doubt would be ready and i dont really see him coming back frow a few weeks at least.
Neville for me keeps forgetting hes a left back when playing in that position, he wanders.

You know you're in trouble when you're counting down the days that Alessandro Pistone is back from injury. :D

Naysmith has always played well for Scotland. Even against some of the best teams in the world.

Valente has returned to training and may be fit before the season end. Just in time for the WM.
