The tickets available through the resale facility seem to be those that nobody really wants - ie Iran v Angola etc.
So who's buying them? Any ideas?

I think it would mostly be people without tickets buying the Tunisia v Saudi Arabia, Iran v Angola etc. If you are heading over to Germany and don't have tickets to see your own team play, the thought of seeing any game live would be appealing.

I'd go to those games whether or not I had tickets to see my team. Sure, I do some non-soccer sightseeing, but I'd more or less take in as many games as I could. It's the World Cup after all.

I just hope these people are actually going to the game and not just holding them as a backup... or be tempted to sell them off ebay. I will attend the game, I think Tim17 is going to as well and personally I would be kinda disappointed if the stadium is half full and full of neutral supporters - the atmosphere would not be exciting at all...
I'm surprised at the lack of interest in Group H - it seems like none of the 4 countries are that far from Germany but tickets seems to be availiable for all of the group games for H...

Yea, I haven't seen many up for the Spain games, but the others are a little surprising. I guess a lot of Ukrainians and Tunisians lack the funds, and I'm willing to bet that your average Saudi oil sheik will spend him money on England tickets rather than watching his own team get drilled (pun intended).
Also remember who the people are who are putting tickets up for resale. These will primarily not be people from the countries playing the games, but rather people who got the tickets in the 'blind' first round draw, and now don't want to spend hundreds of Euros to watch Saudi Arabia play Tunisia when they had been dreaming about England-Holland before the draw. Remember that the only reason we are having a resale is because a German consumer rights group sued FIFA.
Me personally, coming out of the Second Phase with only one game (Brazil-Croatia), I was willing to take most anything in order to get to see more games, and thus took Ukraine-Tunisia and Mexico-Angola in the Third Phase.
Now that I have three games, I'll only take more if it's a more attractive game. It's not that I wouldn't want to watch Saudi Arabia-Tunisia, but after the cost of the tickets, the resale mark up, the shipping costs and the trasportation costs, I'm just not willing to drop that kind of coin for that game.
If I had no tickets, my attitude would be different, and so I suppose those tickets are being snatched up by people with no, or very few, other tickets who want to at least go to a game at the WC.

The thing that probably puts a lot of people off the low profile games is that they already have accommodation booked. I'll be based in the south of Germany (Australian), so while I'd be happy to watch Ecuador play Costa Rica it's not practical for me to travel 7 hours north on the train, book another nights accommodation in Hamburg, watch the game, then spend 7+ hours on the train returning to Munich.
I think for the low profile games the stadiums will still be close to full. I have tickets to the Saudi Arabia v Tunisia game, and I'm looking forward to it because the African teams usually play attacking football so 3 or more goals wouldn't be a surprise. They will be predominantly neutral observers, but most of the games will be thanks to the way the tickets have been allocated.

I'll be there at Iran-Angola too. I wouldn't have bought them if I were just going to sell them.

For a large number of games the neutrals will be well and truly in the majority. The atmosphere, especially in cat. 1, can be very tepid.

If by "got sold out before matches like Brazil-Croatia" you mean "is the most easily acquired ticket" then yes, you are correct.
