You just stick the flag of, say, Mexico, into the chest of the doll and just go to town. If you're Italian, you fish out the South Korean flag, insert it, and stab to your heart's content.

During the rugby world cup 2003, a Australian newspaper had a picture of Jonny Wilkinson to cut out and stick to a doll so they could stick needles in it.

It didn't work however.
