Why?

It's irritating that they needed to create a movie basically trying to get people to feel sorry for them after what they said. They must have thought there would have been no fall out from criticizing the President in a time of war. If they made this comment today I doubt there would have been such a nationwide outrage over it. Yet, they needed to create a movie to show how poorly they were treated.
