11,000 AB and those are the easiest ballots to forge.

What does this mean exactly? Will they investigate you think?

Nah, they want Obama to win.

The Sec of State and the Atty Gen take Lake County elections very serious since 2002. They are both GOP and from Lake County. There will be indictments and charges, but it will last longer than the Obama/Hillary fight.

Look at these numbers:

Hillary Clinton 606,497 50.69% 32

Barack Obama 589,888 49.31% 29

Someone's going to throw a fit...

So, I guess Jay won't be supporting Zenit over Rangers anymore? Does this make them "right wing fascist, racist scum" as well Senator?

Come on, don't derail this thread with that crap again.

You can't tell me you aren't a little bit interested in what he has to say now, especially with them having abused black players.

I do believe I already pointed out in the other thread that it was likely that Zenit would have a racist contingent, a lot of old soviet block clubs do (wow I'm prejudiced about racism:confused:). But you should probably take that back to the political thread.

Hmm... just a hypothetical but if Manchester's police arrest and imprison Russians for racial abuse.. which I can't see how they could anyway (not that they shouldn't just the logistics are impossible). It'd make it "interesting" for English fans going over to Moscow a week later.

But who's our sports minister trying to kid... we haven't got room in our prisons anyway.

I dunno does it make them right wing fascist scum?

I dunno does it make them right wing fascist scum?

Using your terminology "left wing communist scum" would most likely fit them, but since you most likely sympathize with them due to their close proximity to you on the political scale I'm sure you're willing to let the racism slide right?

Does this mean you won't be hoping for them to beat "the right wing fascist, racist scum" that is Rangers FC?

(Dave, feel free to move this over to the politics thread, it probably belongs there.)

I haven't been interested in what he's had to say in over a year. Actually, I've got you both on ignore, but I just can't resist clicking "view post". I need to get some more willpower.

Is Obama Using Bush's Playbook? (http://www.realclearpolitics.com/articles/2008/05/is_barack_obama_using_george_b.html)

Misogyny I Won't Miss (http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn/content/article/2008/05/14/AR2008051403090_pf.html)

There are many reasons Clinton is losing the nomination contest, some having to do with her strategic mistakes, others with the groundswell for "change." But for all Clinton's political blemishes, the darker stain that has been exposed is the hatred of women that is accepted as a part of our culture.

I agree, interesting article, but the premise was flawed. America doesn't hate women, America hates Hillary, who happens to be a woman.

Kinda like this article I just read today...

Gender Issue Lives On as Clinton’s Hopes Dim (http://www.nytimes.com/2008/05/19/us/politics/19women.html?_r=1&pagewanted=1&hp&oref=slogin)

"Over the course of the campaign, Jennifer Rogers, a film producer in Los Angeles, came to agree. She voted for Mrs. Clinton, in part because she hoped to see a female president, but she recently lost enthusiasm over what she called a lack of truthfulness on the candidate’s part. “Her problems are about who she is and not her gender,” said Ms. Rogers, 28."

Exactly, I think it comes down to a basic tenant of human nature. We tend to blame our defeats on things we can't control rather than to take personal responsiblity for them, and we do this for politicans and sports teams we like as well, not just for ourselves. As a result , we (or our candiate/team) lose becasue of our gender or our race or because the ref made a bad call, etc. - we certainly would have won if the playing field was fair. Expect more of the same in November when Obama loses because of his race, not because of his policies (if we ever get to find out what they are!).

If you don't know what his positions are it's only because you haven't bothered to look. Try listening to one of his speech in it's entirety, read one of his two books or go to his website and read his plan. That's got to be the stupidest argument posed by the right against Barack right next to the appeasement piece.
