... is being played in Cleveland, OH near the end of May (the 26 I think).

I was just wondering if anyone knows what kind of lineup we are going to be using (and also what Venezuela would be using) and what kind of turnout there is suppose to be.

Basically I'm just wondering if it'd be worth it to go. I'd rather not waste the money to drive all the way to Cleveland if it's going to be a match between the two team's scrubs and a poor atmosphere (at least poorer than I'm used to, so far the only USMNT games I've been to have been WCQs - Grenada, Jamaica, and Mexico).

Since it's one of our last friendlies before the WC, we'll probably run out a full-strength team. I'm not as sure about Venezuela, but certainly there won't be any club commitments keeping them from using a full-strength team, seeing as the only Venezuelan national team player whose league is in season at that time is Alejandro Moreno.

Bruce is going to announce the WC roster the first week of April isnt he? Or was it the first week of May. Either way it will be the World Cup squad at the game. As for the atmosphere who knows. Its in the midwest so I expect a good turnout and Ill be there. I never liked football fields for games though as the stadiums are just to open. Sit in Sams Army though. Youll get atmosphere in there even if the rest of the stadium is empty.

I just got tix for my fiance and I. We are going to be driving in from Lanisng for the match.

I think it should be a full squad match. As others have said, Club season will be over and this is after the 23 man squad has to be into FIFA for the WC finals. I think this should be a great chance for the team to work on gelling into a well oil'd machine
