I was on the confirm page for payment for 3 cat. 1 ukr-ksa (ie already entered my info and they were just confirming after processing) and it went into processing again and booted me out for "processing taking too long." :mad: :mad: :mad:

I think I got 2 #32 cat. 1 UKR-KSA... I wanted 3 but 2 is fine with me. Can't get into the customer service to confirm though :confused:

I also have a feeling that i'm being banned for the last two hours or so. Contantly cookie error pages or waiting rooms.
Earlier this day it seemed to go to the checkout page far more often.

I was lucky enough to get through and get 3 Cat 1 tickets to USA-Czech Republic. It took me awhile to get through and I broke my F5 key LOL.

I F5-ed the red screen once I got there -- hit the R button, selected the tickets, entered the 5 chars, got to the red error message screen. Kept hitting f5 there. Eventually I got to the ticket login screen.

This sucks for people who haven't been successful in getting any tickets.
I have struck out via FIFA and the USSF and so am trying to pick-up tix any way I can.
I got into the Customer Self-Service area (after about 10 30 second waiting area screens). Apparently I can't get to the tix screen unless I've got some tix to either resale or transfer ... which I don't ... so I'm not allowed to partake. I JUST WANT TO BUY SOME TIX FOR THE FIRST TIME AND FIFA WON'T LET ME. For f*** sake, let me in and give me a chance.

Ahh, I was clicking on those repeatedly trying to get them. Don't have US-Italy, though, nor would I trade if I did.

You can buy tickets without going into customer self service. Go to the ticket shop and click on order tickets now

Thanks for the recommendation but that takes me to the TST series page or the Single Tix page (both a sea of red-card icons) for which FIFA releases to whenever it feels like it. If there's a separate screen for Resale only, I don't see it. All I see for the resale-transfer is the link to go to Cust. Self Service, etc.
Am I missing something here? Please let me know anyone!

On the right of all the red icons there are little gray R's. When the R is black, there is a ticket available, and you can click on the black R
