I've got a very important match tomorrow night. Facing the Div IV demotee. If I win out, I'll climb from third and secure first place, but I must be this guy first. Two weeks later, I'll face my age old nemesis.
Currently my squad is delerious, would be nice if it held going into the game tomorrow evening, will be interesting to see how they play.

Who else has important ( or any :P ) matches tonight?

Well, I'm down to 7 points away from ensuring promotion, and at this point I should hopefully just be playing out the string. I also am 6 points up in the league with 3 matches to play, so with a lot of luck (the second-place team gets an easy win as well) I could clinch a playoff.

What about the Killer Daises! If she wins should assure her of taking the #6 spot and a qualy win from staying up.
I've got the division leader who's 6pts up on me, but a win tonight coupled with him losing to the #3 team next week would have us tied and very close on goal differential. Some exciting matches to close out what has been a mostly predictable and uninteresting season.

Mine is not so important, but I'm taking some tactical risks- I can actually afford to lose it, and still finish in my desired spot, 3rd.
I'm playing away to a team with a slightly weaker midfield. I'm PICing, and I think I'm going to lose the possesion battle, as my TS has slipped down to Content, and I have a crap coach. I am counting on my ability to generate complimentary central attack ratings with AIM, and her continued practice of only playing one CD repositioned to toward wing. Oh yeah, it's going to rain, and I replaced my Quick forwards with less skilled Powerful forwards. I'm starting to favor weather over form (unless it's ridiculous one way or the other) when making starter decisions.

Not the best players in the world, but I feel like I'm pretty good with tactics, and I would anticipate goals- Actually, I have the 2nd worst hatstats and stars and such in my league . . .
I hope my opponent isn't on here, heh.

1. beerswillers 11 28 - 4 29
2. Robo Sapian 11 31 - 15 23
3. AS Alcohol 11 27 - 22 20
4. Bennington Celtic F 11 12 - 12 17
5. Duff Gardens 11 21 - 22 14
6. DCUnited 11 15 - 17 13
7. AC kickass 11 10 - 25 8
8. Desert Wanderers 11 5 - 32 1
I've got a MOTS at home against Robo Sapian. I'm expecting to set a new team record for hatstats and need a win to have any hope of finishing second.

edit: ugh, just noticed Robo has 6 starting players on excellent form, including all 3 of his IMs. Should be a close one.

I'm at home against FC Tuscon. He's decidedly better than I am, but I like to punch players in the groin to equalize talent differences. Really, we're playing for second and the extra money that it brings.

With 3 matches left and PIC'ing all season, its all just seeing how big of a differential I go into V with and hopefully get a series that isn't gonna kill me.

Also lookin forward to the week 14 match where I'm just gonna drop a mots and see if i can break 200 hatstats

Up 2-0 at home early, PIC'ing this week, still could finish between 3rd and 5th.

Sold out my 42,000 seat stadium and have a 1-0 lead after 20 minutes. And I've missed 2 chances.
edit: Up 2-0 after 22 minutes.
A win will feel especially good because Robo predicted a 3-2 win for himself in our series conference. :D

3 - 2 was the halftime score. The forty-five minutes were dominated by Alca, with an impressive 57 percent possession of the ball.
Hopefully I'll hold on to win.
Check out all the action in this 45th minute:45 minutes: Tracy Keating finished off the counterattack from the left rather easily, scoring 3 - 1 for beerswillers. Roger Davidsson received some harsh words from his coach after he acted foolishly, probably out of lack of experience, in the 45th minute and almost let an opponent score. After several obvious shirt pulling incidents, Gardens's Joni Söderena got himself booked. 45 minutes into the game Ed Redding could see that the opposing goaltender was out of position and tried an unexpected lob that the keeper just barely reached. The rebound went to Ted de Hartog who failed to hit the target. Anders Molén showed why he is feared on the counterattack, scoring for beerswillers in the 45th minute to make the score 4 - 1. By now, beerswillers were drawing the troops back in order to defend their lead. Unsportsmanlike behaviour by Joni Söderena rendered him his second booking of the match, and Gardens had to finish the game with a reduced squad. 4 - 1 was the halftime score. Gardens held the ball, with a clear 56 percent of possession.

Wowzers. 3-2 after 21 minutes, and not a peep afterwards. I have 64% possession on a MOTS. All 5 chances have been sunk. This is certainly going better than my 3-0 loss on the road to this team at the start of the season.

2-0 at half time, w/ 62% poss, it's a closer game than I thought and the injury didn't help.
