i hate to be the one to bring it up, but.... if there is a camera there, how come no broadcast of the game?

the camera is primarially their for game tapes. Its a single camera that pretty much shows the overall.

But the Battery does broadcast there home matches (including the Battery games during the Carolina Challenge Cup) taped Delayed in spanish, on a local hispanic station, Azteca 22. they aren't on cable and the reception where I live is poor. The match is usually three or four days after the live one. and they have two cameras (sideline view) that they edit with main camera to do a good broadcast.

interesting... I wish there was some way to get a copy of that tape, or record from over-the-air signal. I'd be really interested to see the pre-season footage even if its just an "overall" view of the whole field (might even be more informative). The video quality of the highlights look very similar to the Harbor View games from last year at the SoccerPlex.

EDIT: I presume the hispanic station has rights to it which is why Comcast can't show it?

I'll see if I cant find someone to make me a DVD of the match Battery/DC. There's is sure to be one floating around somewhere.
