I wont even bother to play online with FIFA, you could lose to anybody, and beat anybody if you know the basics. Unfortunately, I doubt I can take it back when PES comes out, but Im going to trade it in and get PES with some of the money.

Will you be taking it back when PES comes out? I played the demo again and it was awful. Just shocking. I hate that game so much. Have you scored a goal yet?

We need to get some player matches on the go at some point.

I think I'm going to trade in R6Vegas for NBA 2k7. R6 is a great game but I just can't get into it like I could with Gears of War. I've heard great things about 2k7. I hope Gamespot has a decent policy of trading in games.

Were you playing Vegas online? I really enjoyed both demos and playing my friends copy. It's definitely on my list for just after New Year but I'm waiting until my flatmate gets back from Whistler. There's no point in me completing yet another game while he is away. I'll just wait until he gets back.

Top Spin 2 was tough going at first but once everything clicked it was great fun. I'm really enjoying it and it's a great change of pace from all the FPS' I've been playing recently. Hitman is great fun and immensely frustrating when you are get stuck and have no idea how to complete the mission easily. However, when you finally realise what you need to do then it's very rewarding. It's also fun just running around killing people. Still waiting on both 2k7 games and Dead Rising. ********ing post. :mad:

I was playing R6Vegas online. I must admit that I enjoyed playing co-op story and terrorist hunt over Xbox live but the vs matches weren't as enjoyable as playing Gears of War online. It's a great game no doubt but maybe tactical shooters are not my thing.

I'm getting NBA 2k7 because my friends are in a online league that I want to get into. Maybe I'll give R6Vegas another shot.

The one thing that disturbs me about NBA 2k7 is, you could be wide open, but you will miss a lot of shots. Dirk vs. Stoudemire, and he still can buy a bucket.

The game is still probably the best basketball game ever made though.

Dead Rising has arrived but still no sign of my bloody 2k7 games. It'll be next year unfortunately. :(

How's R6:Vegas do on the PC? I've got a little cash left over and I'm thinking of going for it, but I've also heard its less tactical. How does the new idea work out?

One thing I just noticed about NBA 2k7 again is that you really have to know how to play basketball to enjoy it. Teams run their actual plays, and its amazing. Dallas run that high screen and roll, Sacramento run their wanna be triangle offense. Its definately not a game for the casual fan, unless you are playing other modes like 24/7 or street mode.

Complete on Insane both single player and co-op.

I know where you are and there is quite a bit of the game left, tbh single player isn't that long in my opinion. Me and my mate had done it on Insane after about 8-9 hours play which isn't that long compared to HL2, Quake 4 and FEAR that took around 15-20 hours play.

RAAM is coming to get you on GOW. I had a tough time with that bastard on the Hardcore setting.

NBA 2k7 on Xbox Live is amazing. I've just got that game yesterday but I've had 5 great games from the beginner's lobby. The game is lag free and so far no one has quit on the game. Lot's of trash talking involved. One thing I noticed in this game is that free throws are not really 'free'. They seem hard to make but I guess I just need more practice. I miss the free throws on the Dreamcast versions of NBA 2k.

I hope Winning Eleven: Pro Soccer 7 has a similar live setting as NBA 2k. I've already pre-ordered my copy from Gamespot.

Its funny, because a lot of the time that I die in "GOW, its DOM that gets in my way, or dies and I have to go into the dark to get him, or just something. Its crazy.

But I love that game...
