So you managed to convince 5 Man Utd players to jump on board? Lucky bastard. As I'm only running the Scottish leagues (with the default small database) I'm stuck with hardly any talent to pick up from Man Utd. Got none last season and only one on loan this season. Teso sad. Good to see a few current Livi players still kicking around. I was forced to use my knowledge of the Scottish leagues to pick up talent from within, so my side has a distinctly more Livi and Scottish spin on it.

Yeah, Heaton for $100k almost made me spill my drink, especially since he has been nothing short of superb in his two seasons here. Fans player of the year both seasons iirc. Simpson was a free transfer and I was very surprised he came. He is underrated physically in the game, but his mental attributes are top notch and hope I can hang on to him. N'galula was a loan in the first division, played exceptionally, his contract expired in the summer and he joined on. Another free, I have to say I was a bit of a cheeky bugger in the summer between D1 and the SPL. Brandy has been on loan both seasons so far and has signed up for another year with Livi. His pace and dribbling are top notch, skins defenders regularly, but his finishing is god awful. Still finished top scorer for the squad with 14. Shawcross was a loan for the SPL season and was phenomenal, tried to get him again but decided to go to Aberdeen for some reason. ********. Definitely a lot of Man United flavor in this squad.


I hope I don't get landed with a pitiful amount next season, as I am aiming for a European stint and if things work out a title push. I'm surprised to read that Mackay, Mitchell haven't cut it as they have been rocks thus far but I suppose time will tell if they can make the step up to SPL competition. Supposedly the 360 version has the latest update installed and the arragement with Man Utd is still there, so I'm happy. Good luck and keep us informed. I think when the window shuts I'll take a break from Livi and start a new game for a while.

I was expecting some decent funds. I got almost $2mil in US for my first year in the SPL and after finishing 7th (took 6 points off of Celtic :D ) I assumed I would be given the same to continue building. Nope. $200k. I had been scouting around for a defender in the $1mil range and now I am scrambling to find cover, especially since Shawcross won't be coming back. Naylor is returning on loan, which is a plus, and Adamson performed very well in filling in when Naylor went down, but the central area is worrying. Also need to find a #2 goalie for Heaton as Mr. Wight is out of contract and seeing as he has played 2 matches in 2 seasons including 0 in the last season, he has no intention of returning.

Only played my Gears of War for 30 minutes, and my little nephew moved the 360 while I was playing. So I guess its the laser that burnt the disc and now, it wont read my game anymore.

Is that just a game CD problem, or a System problem?

Well the problem should just be with the game but it's a system issue. You aren't supposed to move the system with a disc inside even when the system is off.

If the offer is still on you can get one free Microsoft game since the system ruined your game.

Does it ask you to put a 360 game in or not? Sometimes it does that but simply tale the disc out, clean it and keep trying (or try another) and it should work. If not, hit your brother and send him out begging/performing until he makes enough to buy you another.

I thought for some reason that when I buy the 399.99 Xbox system that I get a free 6moths of Xbox live, but I cant find my suscribtion if I even have one.
