Well the released the first video for FIFA 360 2 days ago. It did look very impressing. It only had 6 league and 30+ International Teams, I wish they had a few more leagues, many 2 or 3 more.
That's because of the sheer memory involved in making each player on the 360. I'm not normally a FIFA guy, but I would go for the 360 version if I had one. It looks nice, they are getting closer and closer to W11.

The computer version of PES 5 kinds sucks with the crappy computer controller I have.
Make a friend in Canada and have him send you a ps2 controller converter... it allows you to use a PS2 controller with your pc or even xbox.
edit... or you can just order it online. It *should* be available.

Yeah I will be buying it. I need some sort of FIFA game in my life. This game really couldn't get here faster.

I have one, you can get one on Ebay, but it kind of changes the buttons. Like square will be circle instead of the right way. But its better than nothing.
To be honest, I dont think FIFA can touch Winning Eleven for a while. The FIFA 07 on Xbox 360 looks like just Winning eleven on xbox but with better graphics.
Once Konami gets the game on the next gen systems, its going to blow the gap even wider.

See, I don't think WE will ever be better graphically than FIFA.
Konami doesn't concentrate on the graphics and thank God they don't. It will get better eventually but I don't expect it to match Fifa for looks. Its so hard to explain WE to people who don't get into it fully. WE feels like real football and while FIFA is very fun to play with friends - it can't match the feel of WE.
I get excited about beating my friends in FIFA but never about the actual goals... WE can create goals that make you want to relive the moment over and over.

Exactly. FIFA will always be better in terms of looks. But WE is a great game.

Thats how you know a real soccer game. When you celebrate that goal, as if you scored it yourself at the real Old Trafford, infront of 70,000 fans (I play with Surround sound speakers). Its just amazing. I always find me telling myself to calm down. Its unbelievable.

I remember the first goal I scored on PES, it was about 6 years ago, the first time I'd picked up the title me and my nephew played for 5 games before we scored the first goal and we still lost but we were so psyched to have scored... I think it also truly reflects the crappyness of a team compared to fifa.

Very good point. When its more difficult to score a goal, when it finally does happen it is oh so much sweeter. FIFA does seem to allow goals fairly frequently.

And the thing that pisses me off about Fifa is how transparent their difficulty system is. 3 star means Pavel Nedved (really any star) is God, he can score from 40yds regularly. 4 star means its easier to score from 26 than from 13, 5 star means Peter the Great Dane serum is injected into every goalkeeper and scoring is reduced to something like once every 6 or 7 clearcut chances.
I love how in Fifa every player has almost flawless technique and that you cannot sprint and aim your shot. Now its one thing for Forlan not to be able to score while running the fastest he can, but don't tell me Henry or Saha or Van Nistelrooij HAVE to stop sprinting in order to put the ball either side of a keeper in a 1v1.
There are just so many beefs I have with FIFA and so many things I love about WE.
In fact, I've only got 1 major beef with WE/PES. The hell with licenses, they'd be nice but quite frankly the game is fun as it is. But I want back the ability to juggle the ball that was present in the N64 version and some of the PS1 versions. It was off the hook, you could do a rainbow and start juggling and shit. I want that back!!!

It's pretty sweet but the new interface style will take a bit of getting used to.

Freddy Adu and Aaron Lennon to my United sqaud in Fm2k7. No central midfielder acquisitions as Davey Jones is getting his chance. Unfortunately struggling to score away from home and have picked up just 5 points from my first 3 matches. Ronaldo in blistering form though. Surprise surprise. :D
Tried to snatch up Sahin but Dortmund wouldn't let him go. He was so downtrodden that he promptly went and broke his leg in training. :)

Hardly played the demo, as I'm too busy fixing data issues with it. In my current game I've signed Polanski and Gago so far. Midfield problem fixed.
