Funnily enough there's nothing bugging me today, it's a good day. Got drunk at a party last night and had a good time.

Polished off a bottle of rum yesterday, some peruvian beer that was nice, and some JD too..

Peruvian beer? Gotta love it! My wife's family is from Peru and every time I go there, I load up on Cristal and my favourite Cusquena! I think it's actually gasoline in a bottle, but it does the job!

... utilization of the numerals '2' and '4' in place of the words 'to' and 'for', or substituting the letter 'r' for the word 'are' - or any other such 'abbreviations'.

"r u ready 4 the match?" "can't wait 2 b there!"

seriously, it's not clever. it wasn't at age seven, and it's not now. would you dot your Is with circles, as well, if your computer let you? or better yet, little hearts!?

hey, i'm no grammar snob, and i understand laziness (both points are underscored by the fact that i can't be bothered to hit the 'shift' key for capital letters); but damn, it's like a euphemism for "i'm a moron". y'know, like beckham, after deliberately aquiring that yellow card, saying "see how clever i am". well, you're not. and it's not.

stop it, already.

Those ads for FIFA Street sponsoring Sky Sports programs, with some kid doing football tricks around a maniquin. What an annoying little arsehole. It's got NOTHING to do with the product (although with it being FIFA, there's probably a reason for that), and it's pure shit for an ad!

The Guardian. It's stupid photos of smug hacks above their (lame) opinion pieces. Every ********ing article manages to throw in some self righteous irrelevant gumpf to the point that even an article about the weather turns into an essay on wimmin and transexual ethnic ********ing minorities.

Headlines such as 'Doctors state childbirth at 80 maybe harmful' followed by opinion pieces from Polly 'Filler' Toynbee with words like 'patriarchy', 'oppressed' and 'au pair' in it.

Black guy named Gary writes about 'The World Cup: Why I support Brazil and not England - Because it's my protest against the greatest evil in world history, the British Empire, not because I'm a glory hunter in an identity crisis who's fallen up his own arse'

Young Woman writes 'Why are we made to feel ashamed of our periods?' (usually because all men are bastards).

Lesbian woman writes 'Why there should be women only car parks' (and everywhere else, and all women should be gay, and men should be kept in the zoo where they belong, the bastards, etc. etc.)

Woman in thirties writes 'The last bastion of the old boys club - The Gentlemans toilet and why men should not be allowed to exclude women'

Muslim Woman in forties writes 'Why are there no prayer rooms and child care facilities in coal mines?' (Because of a conspiracy, obviously, see above)

And as for G2, Christ don't get me started...

And as for G2, Christ don't get me started...The Guardian and the BBC are so sad they're so far to the left on the political scale it's unbelieveable.

BBC takes the buiscuit though.

i understand that they have a 'gentlemen's room old boys club', as well; though it's only one clique among many.

i hate over fancy players, when everyone is trying to bring something to the team, especially when the games is at a point where you need to be very cautious about what you do, they ******** up and dont even run back to try to help and get the ball back. that think can make me have a heart attack. i actually almost fought teamates over that several times.

now see here, good sir.

this thread is entitled "what really annoys you", and i merely contributed in a manner utterly consistent with its purpose. your response, however, does not pass muster by that criteria.

in all candor, i feel it would have been far more appropriately posted in the "things to which i bitterly and defensively over-react" thread; which you'll find over in the arsenal forum under its alternative title, "arsenal v tottenham 4/22/06".

:p ;)

when my wife is out of town and I manage to get too hammered to enjoy myself by 8 oclock. my friends put me in a cab, took my keys, paid the cabby to put me inside my house. Now I'm stuck here all forked up with no one to entertain me but the dogs, and all they wanna go is eat and sleep. OK, it annoys me that this is occuring, but it's probably better that I can't drive, and thanks to my buddies for getting me home. I'll stop drunk typing now. sorry:o

Eh? He's a very chilled poster, pretty funny too. He tends to be very sarcastic, so maybe there was just a mix-up?

Yeah. It was more his material that was lacking. Same old tired cliches. The Paul Reiser of the ManU board maybe?

He usually comes across more Larry David. I don't know who gets stuck with Reiser, but I feel for whoever it is. :o
