The tragedy of being a Hammers fan!! After Saturday's debacle I was feeling very ticked off and felt that the Cup game almost didn't matter. 2 days later, I'm chomping at the bit and everthing looks rosy again. I hope that Anton and Ethers play although there seems to be some doubt about both. Just not sure who they would use..........Dailly for Anton or would AP go for Collins/Ward? Ethers, well I'd be tempted to put Yossi (Diamond) out left and play Harewood out right and put Zamora up front with Ashton. This is the cup!!! We have to win!!

i wouldn't mind that team although i think Pards may be more conservative. Can see a defensive bench as well.

I think playing Harewood on the right wing is OK for the last 10 mins or so of the game. He may have the power and pace to cut it on the wing but he doesn't have the delivery IMV. He's a natural finisher and not used to playing a full game of being a supplier.

This does leave a dilemma though. Do we risk Katan on the right, play Harewood with all that's been said or play safe with Newton? As we've seen AP tends to go with Newton and understandably I think. Given that we are playing away and a drew would be considered a good result I think AP with go with Newton again tonight.

I think Collins or Ward should come in for Anton if he can't play. NOT DAILLY. Dailly should only be used as a defensive midfielder to defend leads and draws for the last 15 mins.
