So, who else is going to never eat at applebees again (i mean, not like i did in the first place, but, in principal) because of thier 'three hour tour' ad campaign during march madness.

I never cared for them much. Their food is so bland and the atmosphere sucks. I do, however, love their Chicken Fajita Rollup.

I hate that commercial but the shrimp looks really good.

"Big Buckin' Chicken" on the other hand is brilliant.

yeah, i never eat there either, but thats beyond the point. :D

you can still boycott things even if you never patronize them in the first place.

ive already written emails to the contacts i found at applebees.com about this.

I'm torn between neg-repping you for getting that song in my head, or repping you for saying what I've been thinking since the beginning of the NCAA Tournament.

I hope Applebee's goes bankrupt, or at least their ad agency. Bastards.

My wife and I don't eat there, but if I was invited for a free meal (and free drinks) I'd turn it down because of this ad campaign. Just on principle.

Worst. Commercial. Ever.

I want to find the stupid people in the commercial and kill them. And what's worse, it's not like it's ONLY on during the tourney(when they show it like 4298724 times an hour)...It's shown on every channel during every conceivable demographics shows...

Applebee's, we get, you have a weird obession with Gilligans Island.

I just hope this wasn't an ad created during the Apprentice that I'll have to see during that show...because that would be reason enough to stop watching.

And while on the topic of advertising with song...Am I the only one who could really go for some tomato soup after I see the Campbell's "Possibilities" commercial? And I HATE tomato soup. Maybe Applebees should take notes on catchy vs annoying to all hell.
