Men's league in Denver??? Help!!!

Hey fellas,
I just moved to Denver and I would love to get hooked up with a men's team and play some "competitive" ball. I tried to find something online, but no luck. Does anyone know where I can get some info? I watched some men play in some sort of rec. league in Commerce City a few years back when I was in town. I'm not sure if that league is still going or if there are others. Thanks for the help.

My suggestion call the league office, ask for team manager name, and call them direct. You'll find something. The leagues around always seem to need players once you're on the inside, but from the outside they're annoyingly difficult to hook up with.

Another thing to do is go to Dove Valley on a Sunday stand around and ask everyone you who'll listen.

I played for several years in the Comets league. You might start there. I don't know about the other leagues. Be prepared to answer the question, "How good are you?" It's an annoying question that, becomes bewildering once you see some of the players play.
