Here're Everton's 9 remaining games coming down the homestretch:
18 March, Everton v Aston Villa
25 March, Liverpool v Everton
01 April, Everton v Sunderland
08 April, Charlton v Everton
15 April, Everton v Tottenham
17 April, Chelsea v Everton
22 April, Everton v Birmingham
29 April, Middlesbrough v Everton
7 May, Everton v West Brom
Out of our 9 remaining games, 5 are at Goodison Park and 4 are on the road.
3 games vs teams in the Top 6
4 games vs teams in the Bottom 6
and 2 games vs mid-table teams
My prediction:
5 wins
2 draws
2 losses
That'd give us 57 points, in pretty good shape to qualify for Europe.
Anyone else care to predict our record over the last 9 games?
(I'll buy the winner a round if I ever make it out their way -- I already owe Sara a few for I forget what :) )

I'm gonna say we'll beat everyone except Liverpool and Tottenham. That'd give us 59 points - in good shape, but probably not good enough for Europe. Hey, I'm taking this optimism thing one day at a time. :D

Oh hell, I didn't even see Chelsea on the schedule. Make that three losses for me then.
My brain is fried - I've been sick on and off for nearly two months now.

I'm more pessimistic. I'm thinking 3 wins, 3 ties and 3 losses (Liverpool, Chelsea, Charlton)

I think I lost a bet on Roy Keane coming to Everton -- but I forget too. :)
Not sure if I'll make it to Europe this summer, but hopefully I'll make it there before you return to the States (or should I say if you return to the States)

First time in my life I've been happy that we lost!
Nah we could have still won, just by a diff scoreline.
10 men and we couldn't do it.
I'm scared that we have become a one man team again.
Last year Mad Dog. This year Arteta.
