what a weekend. between footy, NCAA hoops, and st paddys, i just about wiped myself out. yep...june 11! i think that's right after the sopranos run ends though. ah well, 'twould have been nice to have my favorite shows follow each other.

HBO's too smart for that now. I used to cancel HBO after Curb and Sopranos wrapped each year, then got it again right before they started up again. Now they spread everything out. Throw in Entourage, Extras and Rome, and I'm stuck with HBO all year round! :D

Mike-that 5v5 thing at Highbury would be AMAZING....I am sure there are some rules about co-ed teams though right?

I bet you would be the only woman! Wierd how US women play so much but everywhere else its a macho sport...

I would give my right arm to play in that 5v5 tourney...

I've not heard anything about it being single sex. Let me read the email again...

EDIT: Nope, nothing about single-sex teams. I can't be there, as we're having my cousin's bachelor party that weekend, but if you can swing it, you should definitely go. We need to register by next Friday morning. We also have to let them know if we're going to have spectators, and if so, how many.

Yup the Arsenal Ladies don't even get to play on the fabled pitch......I have regained my love of playing over the last couple of years-I did not play in High school or college or much after I decided it was much more fun to watch the cute boys play......... I don't get men that think women should not play footy though! I mean why not?

What's up Feejy? I saw that the new season of Entourage starts in June!

G-day all! HBO showed a couple of repeats on Entourage last night before the Sopranos and one of the epispodes had anti's fav Jessica Alba. Good stuff.

no kiddin! Rome better be coming back though. i heard they havent even confirmed production on the second season.

OK folks, what's our ArseAm 5 v 5 fantasy team look like??

By the way, I play midfield (duh) but on 5 v 5 I usually play back or the middle player (in a 2-1-2). :D

I liked Rome. Not completely accurate, but they did what was neccessary to keep you watching - though some of the sex scenes were unneccassay. The next season is slated for 2007
