Saph will not need much more convincing before she really likes Brian Ching, that's for sure.

Yeah, 4 goals is something else for the opening match of a franchise.

This is one Red Sox fan who would rep you twice if I could.
I've seen quite a few baseball games in the flesh and, to be honest, the one I enjoyed the most was at 'old' Fenway Park. It's difficult to say if I support them of not, since I don't have any real connection to anything. I'm left wondering if I only liked them because of the curse and whether wanting them to do well was really supporting them or not. At the moment I'm stuck between thinking I enjoyed the pain that the curse brought, coupled with the accusations of glory hunting that most will now attach. To come out and state that I am part of the extended Red Sox Nation while I feel like this would be cheating myself and the real fans. Them aside, I watched quite a bit of the Cincinnati Reds and Toronto Blue Jays in my younger years (friends in former and family near latter). I guess we'll see how I feel if I ever move over there and who my 'local' side are. I've got the same problems with the NFL, not really supporting anyone. I'll also stop wasting your time and thread with this pointless shite. :o

Good stuff. I had been planning to visit an old friend near San Fran (yes, I know they hate that term :p ) at some point, but it looks like I might need to go on an extended tour. :D

I just put the finishing polish on my Russian project. I have my paper, some books with lots of photos, a poem, and a video clip lined up. I'm still pissed about my presentation that I ********ed up earlier in the semester, so I'm really looking to nail this one.

I got my RoadRage cards in the mail the other day. Used them a few times already and I'll tell you, are easily worth their weight in GOLD!!!
Check it out here: http://roadrage.com/
I remembered seeing them in a Maxim mag or something and always thought they would be a good idea for me to have. Mind you, I can handle slow traffic, even 2 hour delays over the GWB. But if you put one slow A-hole in the left hand lane.....

Funny as that is, around here (and I'm sure in New York too) you could definitely get ********ed up bad for holding up one of those.
For now I'll stick with the old standby of high beams and horns. One day I might change my mind though...

Offensive driving works best. If they are either miles behind you or off the road, then they are unable to aggravate anyone.
