What do you think the night is for old man? ;) :D

I actually do have a ton of homework to do over the next few days, as I have a final paper due Wednesday and two final exams Thursday, but I would prefer to watch some soccer right now.

I watched LA-NE last night. And it really is alot worse than European football. I would MUCH rather watch two sorry EPL teams, or any French teams on FSC than MLS. It is so slow and they have much less skill and even MUCH MUCH less heart and desire to win the ball or the match for the matter... and it makes me sad for my country. :(

Yeah, that's pretty much what I've noticed when I tried watching MLS.

Well.. when you are used to watching (what little oyu can) either EPL, CL, or once every month or so a Ligue Un game, then MLS looks like shite. I'm sorry. They look about half as fast (physically, the players that is) as well and as I said no heart.

edit: The anti-Eric Cantona's Jogo Bonito.

Over the years I have tried my very best to try and get into the MLS and I just can’t sorry..there is just something lacking in the game – not sure what it is , but on the other hand I am very grateful on what the MLS has done for the national team .

Just depends on what you're looking for in a soccer game I guess. Making comparisons to European leagues or styles of play is going to make MLS look bad, that's a given. But the point of the league isn't to compete with European leagues either.
