Well, just got back from VT with my girl. Unfortunately no skiing, it was too warm, and there were patches of dirt all over the hill.
Funny thing did happen tho. Last night we went to the Snow Barn, a bar/club thing within walking distance of where we were staying. I'm wearing my United sweatshirt, and these 2 guys come up to me and ask me why I'm wearing it. Well I note they had English accents, so I say, "They're my team, and screw you if you're Chelsea fans." Turns out they were Leeds and Arsenal fans, so I thanked the Leeds guy for developing such great players for our team. Good guys tho, cuz they said as long as you hate Chelsea, then we're all good.
Oh, and the Bacardi girls were there. Fake funbags and all. Such a lovely night! :D

Another funny thing I heard the other day while watching the Chelsea FA cup match last week:
Arsenal fan : "You know, Chelsea have accomplished in 1 year what it took United 3-4 years to achieve."
Me : "How so?"
Arsenal fan : "They've managed to make everybody hate them in less time than you guys did" :D
It was a good point, and you can't argue it!

It's quite funny. I can pretty easily get along with most Arsenal and even Liverpool fans as long as Chelsea continues to provide a source of disdain for us all.

Hmm, I generally find that Liverpool fans here are reasonable outside of their own board. I almost never post on the Liverpool forum though, as few of them ever post here. But even ones I've run into in real life aren't that bad.

Hmm, I generally find that Liverpool fans here are reasonable outside of their own board. I almost never post on the Liverpool forum though, as few of them ever post here. But even ones I've run into in real life aren't that bad.
Same goes for me ...expect for the scouser who gave me a munich jibe a couple weeks back in the pub :rolleyes:
