I wanna see the 4 concacaf teams in the second round, but that's almost impossible... I am sure that Mexico will advance and I hope CR advances too, Us and Trini have really hard groups and i think they wont make it to the 2nd round

I think the US makes it. Yes, it's a tough group, but I think we'll rise to the occasion.

Mexico makes it. It will be harder than they think (Iran is no slouch), but they'll get there.

Costa Rica will make it. I think they are better than Poland, and unless Ecuador gets all its matches moved to on top of the Alps outside Garmisch, they won't win a game.

Portugal-- HARD oponent

Iran-- there will be some surprises

Angola-- african teams have luck on there side

You would think that Mexico and Portugal would go through that group, fighting it out for top place.
As for USA, the Czechs are hard and so are the Italians. It will be very hard for them to do it but they have the players to do it. I think if they get through do it in second.
Costa Rica will be fighting for third, they'll probably get it, but the European opponents Germany and Poland will be too strong for them and both go through.
As for Trinidad and Tobago.....................

I think the total opposite will occur:

USA VS Czech = win 50% or draw 30% for USA
USA VS Italy = draw 40% or loss 30% for USA
USA VS Ghana = win 80% for the USA

If USMNT want to make through group stage they MUST play their best games.
Italy & Ghana like to play "physical" soccer, the out come of the USA vs Italy will better up USA chances on how many red cards Italy gets in the Ghana match.

you really have high expectations dude... 30& winning over the Czechs and 80% over ghana... sounds like way too much for me, anyway I´ll cheer for the US in thise games, concacaf... !

All right forget about the percentages. I think US beating czech & Ghana is more realistic than beating Italy.

I feel USA are most likely to beat Ghana, then Italy, then least likely to beat Czech Republic. Italy may perform poorly like they did at Euro 2004, and their defence isn't what it used to be.

CR defeated Italy once in LA in 1984, not sure.... you guys can do it.....
Czechs are great, and Ghana who knows, africans are always complicated.

I think Mexico is definitely through, Costa Rica, IMO, should be able to get through. It will be tough for the US. I could see us getting in or I could see us losing all three games.

USA doesn't make it to 2nd round because they have a hard group and won't go through on goal difference

Costa Rica will be 2nd in their group behind Germany

I think Mexico has the best chance. Not because they are superior, they just have the most accesible group of the 4, in theory. Then, in this order, CR, USA, TRI. But in general, I predict this is going to be a bad world cup for CONCACAF.
