The women were a bit lucky today, but they showed fighting spirit. :)

Sack Klinsmann and his boys and let them play. :D

Very good and action packed match that makes you wonder why women football doesn't get more attention. It's not as fast paced as the men's version, but these girls' skills with the ball are impressive ( No, that was not a sexual reference you dirty mind ).

Didn't the German women used to have to play with three-starred men's jersey. I was glad to see them with their own one star above the badge. The US women had no stars that I could see.

Apparently, there were even some that wanted to put four stars above the badge, as the stars (i.e. the titles) belong to the association as a whole. Of course, that would have meant the men would have had four stars as well...
The women prefered to just have their one star instead though.

maybe a pink fourth star, but I like the one star, especially as women's soccer is growing and the stars are likely to accumulate.
