I'm all for avoiding favoritism by treating drafters with consistancy, but it has been less than an hour and a half. Maybe a little longer?

Anyway, Im here to make my pick. It took to long to make a decision, so I went to get ready for school.

I don't understand your obsession with the rules... Last season is less important than this season and this season is still going on with the World Cup in a few months counting in the judges minds (I hope at least). Totti is hurt now... and will not really be able to contribute for the rest of the year... this should be taken into account and the rules do not state otherwise.

Teso, what I meant to say is that someone may draft Richard Vanigli and then start him in a game against you with the idea of breaking Totti's leg.

That would just be stupid. Besides, Totti took a lot of punishment before finally going down injured (over the course of the season). Therefore, even if people try to hack him, he will easily have enough in the tank for the duration of the draft competition.

He meets the requirements, but he did get injured before the deadline. This is no different imo than players that are coming back from injuries, but also meet the requirements. Personally, if the requirements are met I don't think any injuries should stand against them, but if it is going one way I think it should go the other, too.

Not at all. The reason they are being looked at in that way is because there are question marks surrounding previous form (particularly when looking to last season for the likes of Inzaghi and Mutu). That is not the case with Totti.
