I like Nike 2006 better. i am more into retro, namely Holland and the USA. I did not really like Brazil 2006.... something strange about it.

Not so strange, just too plain, the others look pretty retro.

I will agree the new Nike kits for '06 look awesome. I love the new US kits. The home one espeacially. They brought back the vintage '98 look for the roadies, which I also like. They def dont compare to the adidas faded blues with the stars that they wore around '95 haha.

The kits from Mexico 1970 are my fav. Simple, no logos, very few stripes along the sides, badges clearly stand out. Classic stuff.

Brazil's new jersey looks good on the pictures, but looks cheap when you have it in your hands.
I hated it.

You could make a case for 1982 (and maybe 1974 or 78) and the classic adidas three stripe shoulders and numerals.
Those were so cool. The 2006 variety goes back to that kind of.

I don't know about best, this this upcoming one will be the worst. England's abomination, Italy's vests, Nike's lineup of bland identikits, America's 1950s style pajamas.
What was wrong with the days when a kit was just a plain jersey with the team's crest in the corner, and a number on the back?
