to be honest, I am scared of E-bay. I don't wanna get burned. PLus I need to make sure the DVD would work in a USA dvd player.....

Check down in FFA. There was a post a while back on how you can make your DVD player into a "region free" player -- ie, it'll play any and all DVDs. You punch in a few codes using the buttons on the machine and the remote -- kind of like playstation cheats from the sound of it. The exact method varies from model to model.

Why don't you try to find a few hooligan videos on the net? I have no idea how you could transfer the videos to a DVD, but I am sure it is possible.

But would they work on USA VCRs or DVDs? that is the biggest problem

I found good stuff on Amazon UK, but it won't work on AMerican systems... :(
