I think we should have 24 hours, only on business days. If the previous pick is made on Friday at 4pm then the next person has until Monday at 4pm. If he makes his pick before then, the next person has until midnight on Monday.

Oddly enough, I will also be stuck at school, but I'd still love to be chosen first. Is this draft like one pick a day, 24 hr limit, or is it just pick whenever it is your turn?
