Meh, you guys are complicating this too much. So much for the dumbed down "hot chick" approach. Just give us an allotted amount of picks, everyone who's participating pick whoever the hell they want. At the end, someone else is judging this, so if you pick the nastiest chick ever, it only counts against you.
