Empire Supporters Club Members!

This message is to confirm the attendance of both new MetroStars head coach Bob Bradley and General Mamager Nick Sakiewicz for this Saturday's annual Membership Drive. They will be making their appearance sometime between 2:30- 3PM after the U.S. match.

Don't miss your opportunity to talk with Nick & Bob about the upcoming 2003 MetroStars season as a New Tradition Begins for the MetroStars on Saturday April 12 at Giants Stadium. They will be on hand to answer your questions about the MetroStars.

Also in attendance will be MetroStars representatives to take reservations for 2003 ESC MetroMemberships. Remember, ESC MetroMemberships gives you; the deepest discount on ticket prices, invites to many official team events, never a wasted ticket exchange program, discounts & access to tickets for most if not all International games at Giants stadium (Manchester United), playoffs and the new 2003 Official MetroStars jersey BEFORE they are available to the general public. All of this included in the special discounted price.

Plus, by owning memberships you cast your vote for supporting the MLS! Media, sponsors, & AEG all judge the success of MLS teams by the number of committed season ticket holders each team has. This is why we add as many benefits as possible along with the deepest discounts possible as incentives to own MetroMemberships. We will be able to take credit card payments in full as well as deposits for flexible payment plans and checks made out to the MetroStars.

Finally, we will be bringing giveway and raffle items to add to the event. All in all, we look forward to another great day of soccer and visiting with everyone in the ESC. We also hope many new comers will come to check out the new look MetroStars.

If you have any questions about the event, please call our front office at (201)583-7000 and ask for an Account Manager.

Go Metros & see you on Saturday afternoon!

I thought Metro memberships were cash only. Or is it encouraged to bring cash?

Per Webster's New World Dictionary -
Mamager - Person in charge of maiming.

I think it's an apt description.

MetroMemberships (Season tickets/other flex plans) - they'll take cash, check, credit card, hell you can probably try paying by travelers cheques, gold bullion, precious works of art or your firstborn, but I'd stick to the first three.

Empire Supporters Club memberships - We're taking cash only on Saturday.

I am interested in getting down with the ESC but what's the viewing going to be like for the Nats game. How many TV Screens do they have at Nathan Hales.

1 big screen in a room that will hold 35-50, then 2 TVs over the bar. You shouldn't have a problem.

Plus, cheese fries. Who watches the game? You only need to watch for the 2 minutes it takes Clint to school their keeper and go back to the Bud light kegger.

I heard Mike Lewis and Beau Dure were talking some smack that Jeff Bradley didn't have the guts to show his face at Hale's after losing to Grant Wahl in the Paul Kennedy Memorial scrabble-off during Superdraft Weekend. Wonder if he'll make it. I hope so.

I'll never forget the night when Ridge Mahoney confronted a drunken Jeff outside the parking lot at GS- Jeff went to throw a punch, missed and damn near broke his hand cracking Dan Woog across the head. Woog went down like an old woman, but that's probably another story.

Hope everyone makes it.

I'm trying to figure out if I want wear my "Disco Fever" attire for the Metro Front Office.

(if you are running satire detection deficit, No, none of that ever happened).
