I have a Yamaha acoustic/electric...i forget the model #...I've had it since 98.

I really want a taylor....
My buddy just got a Taylor, it sounds nice but the action is way too high.

This is my guitar,

It's not that great unplugged, but put it through an amp and its the shit.

Plus Black Guitar = Panty Dropper ;)

i've got a crappy Yahama that I got in like 1995. it is an F something or other. I don't think it sounds very good. I haven't played in months. might have to bust it out soon. I don't have any patience with it to learn new songs.

Yeah, its an Ovation. The thing about guitars is you really need to take them in to the guitar shop every once in a while and have them set up. Changing the strings is easy, but you need a pro to adjust the neck and the action. Its worth the 40 bucks to get it done once a year. Makes a huge difference in sound and playability.

I bought an acoustic guitar from my buddy about two years ago. I had big plans, so I had a pickup installed. I picked at the guitar here and there for a few weeks, when one day the pickup became loose and started hanging by the wires inside the body of the guitar. I haven't played since.
