- Boss won't be cheap, but this is only Griffin. :o We'll likely be doing O'Charleys, to handle the group size and variety of food. At least Mrs. GG will be able to make it: Scored a babysitter for his highness!

- Is it me or is this kind of a down year overall for college hoops? Something feels like the level of play is a tad weaker than others. Still fun, just not jaw dropping.

- Libertine? No clue about this movie until the day it opens. Is that a sign I'm out of touch or has the industry adopted a no-hype policy for some films?

- Clap your hands is in the ATL this weekend. Sorry I won't be able to do the local review for you guys - I'll be bossing some church kids into doing our landscaping this weekend. Weather permitting.

The U6 Arsenal plays tomorrow at 9 a.m. (ughhhhhh-so early) and then we are on to the party.
I have my first womens match this season on Sunday so it is going to be a long weekend.......

So before we march to drawn skewers at dawn let's not forget that there are different types. Ribs, pulled pork, chicken... It's all good. So siddown, eat up and if you still feel like fightin about it after your fourth plate and 6th beer, well then have at it cause that should be pretty entertaining! :D

Basically, I like all good food and most all meat is cooked simialry (smoked). It really comes down to the sauce. Eastern styles are based too much on vinegar for my tastes. Just not my thing. It doesn't mean I won't eat it though.

Legend has it that they wante to name it after the state bird, but noone could spell "Ptarmigan", so they finally decided on "Chicken". You cn get great "I got laid in Chicken" t-shirts though!! :D

Hey GG- I think we all agree, there's no bad BBQ, at least that I've ever had, I quess it's theoretically possible though! But the best, my friend, is clearly Eastern NC chopped pork with vinegar-based sauce. I may have to make a road trip this weekend. You guys are making me hungry!! :D
